3 Simple BBQ Tips For a Summer Cookout

Are you ready to BBQ this summer? Even if you aren’t a grill master, cooking outside is a great way to keep the house cool during those unbearable summer days. Here are a few simple tips to help take your grilling skills to the next level.

Use thighs: not only do thighs have a richer flavor than chicken breasts, they can also withstand the heat of a grill and stay moist.

High heat: once your chicken is finished cooking turn the grill on high and then charbroil the meat for 30 seconds on each side. Your bird will have those wonderfully looking grill marks and still taste great.

Burgers on high: cooking burgers on medium to low heat will only cause them to dry out. Try cooking on high heat to charbroil the meat and help lock in the moisture.
