3 Areas To Spring Clean in Your Apartment

Spring cleaning is a pesky little chore that hardly anyone looks forward too. However, doing a deep cleaning of your apartment (at least once a year) will only help you get your security deposit back at the end of your lease. Here are three often-overlooked areas to deep clean this spring.

Cabinets: this is an often ignored area in most households. Yes, cabinets get wiped down all the time, but a deep cleaning and scrubbing should happen a few times a year.

Dishwasher: to get your dishwasher really clean run a cycle with a mix of vinegar and water or purchase a store bough solution. Just be sure to clean the washer a few times a year.

Oven: the oven can be a tough area to clean with all the heavy duty stains that build up over the course of a year. Try scrubbing heavy duty stains with baking soda and then adding some vinegar. The reaction should be enough to really get your oven spotless.
