Visit the Heritage Museum in Santa Ana this Summer

Do you know that dinosaurs used to roam Santa Ana? Well, not literally Santa Ana, but millions of years ago dinosaurs were native to Orange County and the surrounding area. If you have kids or just want to know more about these awesome creatures, come visit the Heritage Museum this summer for its dinosaur exhibit. The museum will provide FREE activities involving archaeology, paleontology, and history among other things. There will also be a kid’s zone, guided hikes and fun lectures for kids and adults of all ages. Do not miss out on this amazing summer event. Santa Ana Zoo Party for the Planet

On Sunday, May 15 the Santa Ana Zoo will be hosting a “Party for the Planet” event that celebrates the environment, energy conservation and protecting wildlife. The event will feature energy conservation themed crafts, games, and demonstrations featuring animals. There will also be food, train rides and carousals for $3 and $4 each. Admission for the zoo is $10 for adults and the park opens at 10 am. If you are looking for some family fun this May, support the local zoo and attend this event. You’ll be sure to have a great time. The Santa Ana zoo is home to over 150 animals, including 50 mischievous monkeys and various endangered species that will be sure to leave your kids in awe.
